Drum Series

The drum series is suitable for machinery, metallurgy, mining, port terminal, chemical medicine, cement building materials, 

steel, coal mine, etc. It is the driving device of various moving belt conveyors, and can also be used for fixed belt conveyors.

According to the bearing capacity of the drum, the structure of the drum has two kinds of steel plate welding structure and 

cast welding structure. The barrel and the tray of the cast-welded drum were checked for strength by the finite element 

method.

The bearing housing of the drum has two types: integral and split type. Each type can be equipped with ordinary spherical 

roller(column) bearings and spherical roller bearings with cylindrical sleeves. The manufacturer of the bearing can be SKF, 

FAG, or a designated brand. The rollers are subjected to static balance inspection, and the large-size rollers are subjected 

to annealing and flaw detection.
