Rollers for Galvanizing

The process rollers’ system connects the main process equipment of the galvanizing line to provide tension control and measurement, rectification, steering and strip buffering. The technical requirements of the process roll have gone through the development process from the rubberized roll, the non-woven roll to the smooth roll with chrome to the texturing roll with chrome and tungsten carbide spray roll.
