Based on so many years' casting experience, hotion has formed a team of engineers who are in charge of controlling cast process and products' inspection. Thanks to their endeavor, the casting products of hotion could be confirmed by clients in different countries. Meanwhile, under their strive, we are good at many kinds of casting process, such as sand casting, investment casting, and lost foam casting. Hotion has formed the quality inspection system that spectral analysis for each heat of molten steel, sample bars for each heat would keep at least one year, all the dimensions of products under CPK control, the surface quality would be inspected for a hundred percent, the inspection of UT/MT/PT according to the requirement of clients.
