Counter-impact crusher, commonly known as "counterattack crusher", is a new type of high-efficiency crushing equipment which uses impact energy to crush materials. It can deal with medium and hard materials of ores, rocks(granite, limestone, concrete, etc.) with particle size less than 120-500 mm and compressive strength less than 320PA.

1. Longer Life

The gap between the counterattack plate and the hammer of the impact crusher is adjustable, which basically guarantees the discharge granularity and the long service life of the hammer. At the same time, the equipment is also equipped with an over-iron safety device. When the non-crushed material enters the machine, the equipment automatically stops to discharge the light goods, but the foreign matter is reduced to damage the parts and service life is improved.

2. Easy replacement of spare parts and low maintenance costs

Only Six hammers are installed on the rotor of the counter crusher. It is convenient to replace the hammer with a special tool. It takes only one shift to replace a set of hammers. The replacement of the bottom grinding chamber and the grinding rod takes only ten of minutes, which greatly reduces the time and cost of inspection and maintenance.

3. The crushing ratio is large

The crushing chamber of the impact crusher has a deeper cavity than the ordinary crushing equipment cavity, which increases the number of materials, so that the material can be fully broken in the cavity. Compared with the traditional crushing equipment, the crushing ratio is larger and product granularity is better.

4. The wide scope of application, can handle materials with high humidity.

In the treatment of materials with excessive water content, the feed chute and counter-attack plate of the impact crusher can be equipped with heating devices to prevent the bonding of materials. The impact crusher does not need to be equipped with a bottom screen to prevent clogging.
