Working Mill Rolls

Forged mill rolls are the important spare parts in the cold rolling line. As forged mill rolls bear big rolling force andinstantaneous high temperature for welding line, slag inclusion and edge crack, forged mill rolls must have good strength, good wear resistance, heat impact strength, and good fracture toughness. We uses electroslag remelting process to keep forged raw material with pure composition. We keep mill rolls with uniform hardness along the body of mill rolls and minimum hardness drop based on the advanced process.
